After a year of undergoing a complete makeover, the Red Rooster has returned with full-strength beer, wine, and cocktails alongside a regional and international influenced food menu.
The ownership team of Holey Rollers, a coffee and donut shop located just a block from Red Rooster, agreed to assume control of the Red Rooster in 2018 for the stated purpose of restoring the brand to its former importance to the Paseo neighborhood and as an iconic Oklahoma City bar and grill.
The bar program focuses on classic pre-Prohibition cocktails such as Old Fashioneds, French 75s, Manhattans and Martinis and are prepared according to traditional methods.
